Action commenced by the towns of Madison and Blooming Grove against the city of Madison to have declared and adJudged as void and of no effect an ordinance adopted by the city annexing an area which included territory lying partly in each of the towns; and also to enjoin the city from enforcing the ordinance. The trial court adJudged that the ordinance was adopted in conformity with statute, and that the annexation was valid. The court dismissed the complaint. This appeal is from the judgment.
