There were two actions commenced before the circuit court for Milwaukee county, one questioning the validity of an annexation of a certain territory to the city of Milwaukee, and the other questioning the annexation of a certain territory to the city of West Allis. The actions were consolidated for the purpose of trial and after judgment was entered in each of these actions in favor of the city of Milwaukee, the town of Greenfield, plaintiff-respondent herein, appealed to this court. Subsequent to the appeals the plaintiff-respondent requested an extension of time for the service of the bill of exceptions. This is an appeal from an order, dated November 28, 1950, granting such an extension.
